The first step in getting your phone to a CPR technician is to print out our customer data sheet, then fill it out and include it in the box that you are using to mail your phone. When packaging your phone, make sure you only send the phone with a  fully charged battery, please do not include sim card, memory cards or battery doors.

A CPR technician will call you once we have recieved your phone to confirm the cost of the repair and to collect payment. Upon completion of repair CPR will ship your phone back to you at no charge. If you have provided us with an email address we will send shipping status notifications to you.

You should expect your phone back within 3-5 days unless you requested a faster shipping method. In the box you will find your repaired cell phone and sales receipt.
